Our Challenge

Four Seasons Health Care is one of the UK's largest independent care providers, giving long term and respite residential care for older people, as well as specialist dementia and mental health services.

They came to Fat Media looking for ongoing support and maintenance of their Umbraco website, in order to improve the user experience and overall results of their site. We are proud to have worked on a number of new developments to the site, which together with our careful maintenance have produced some excellent results for the brand.

Finding a care home

One of the major improvements we have made to the site is the ease with which a customer can now find their local care home. We have reconfigured the nursing home cluster areas, adding a regional search function and dedicated landing pages for each one.

Users can also narrow down their search with the type of care they are looking for, for example dementia or palliative care, to ensure that they find the best venue for their needs.

Finding a career

We have also built and integrated a careers site for Four Seasons Health Care, complete with search function and email alert subscription service for jobseekers.

The site also holds detailed information about the different roles available, as well as company information, to give prospective applicants a real insight into what it would be like to work here.
