Our Challenge

H&H Insurance Brokers are a leading insurance provider in the farm and rural sector. They knew they could beat the market leader on price and service level, but in a marketplace where loyalty is strong, it is a challenge to encourage customers to make the switch.

Our brief was to create a long-running, multi-channel marketing campaign to raise the profile of H&H Insurance Brokers, and encourage farmers to enquire when their renewal was due.

Developing The Concepts

After several workshops involving a wide variety of team members from H&H, we settled on four key messages for the campaign. These highlighted the main USP's and brand values that would set them apart from their competition.

Then came the development of the visual style. Having analysed a raft of other advertising in the sector, including other insurance providers and wider agricultural services, we knew that humour and illustration would be the way to stand out from the crowd. We created a cast of quirky characters in unlikely situations to illustrate those four key messages - check them out below.

On-going digital marketing

The campaign launched with a bang, including press and even billboard advertising. To keep costs down and improve ROI, the channels used continually have been digital, including Facebook, Google AdWords and Snapchat.

We have already seen some fantastic results, with site traffic and enquiry levels both increasing significantly.
