Fat Media’s recruitment programme has gathered pace following a series of new projects and major account wins.

At the heart of the growth plans is our new Talent Manager, Thelma Aye (pictured above), who has been tasked with leading recruitment, our employee benefits scheme, staff development and training.

Fat Media’s success, the delivery of excellent client work and the awards it wins, such as the recent Excellence in Customer Service at the BIBAs, are all as a result of having excellent highly skilled customer focused people, and Thelma is a vital part. Passionate about people and their development, Thelma is already enjoying playing a key part of a growing team with a truly creative culture.

Thelma has had extensive HR experience in major blue chip companies and government organisations including RBS. At the Prudential she developed the Executive Development Scheme for the top 300 executives at Prudential, and managed their talent stream process recruiting graduates from across the world into roles in Asia, Europe and America.

Thelma has won a number of awards including, Best Corporate Brochure for Prudential’s Graduate Recruitment Scheme; and the HR Excellence Award for her innovative work on diversity recruitment and development at Lancashire Constabulary. Her work on diversity at the Lake District National Park Authority has also featured on television.
