Fat Media are celebrating after being named as a ‘Top 10 Elite Digital Agency’ following the release of a leading national census earlier this week.
The Drum Digital Census provides a comprehensive review of the digital marketing agency landscape in the UK, highlighting the key players, trends and growth in the sector. The research was conducted by The Drum in partnership with the Recommended Agency Register, and ranked UK digital marketing agencies across three key factors; financial performance, client satisfaction and peer recognition.
We achieved 10th place and ‘elite status’ after scoring highly across all aspects of the census. The result also included a client satisfaction listing of 8th place and a peer review rating of 9th when benchmarked against other agencies all across the UK, employing staff of 51-99.
This latest recognition contributes to what has been an exciting year for Fat Media, in May we were acquired by leading Cumbrian entrepreneur David Durnford and now have an office in Kendal, alongside Lancaster, Barrow and London. Exciting plans for 2015 include the creation of up to 30 new jobs, which would take the team to over 120.
With our key client work this year including national and international brands, Lakeland, Mitsubishi, Macdonald Hotels, Jessops and Yotel, we are delighted to be officially recognised in this latest industry ranking, Chief Executive and Owner David Durnford said:
"We are incredibly proud to be listed as an elite agency in The Drum’s Digital Census this year; achieving 10th place nationwide in our category is a testament to the expertise of our team here at Fat Media and the passion they show to achieve results for our clients. Over the next year we will be looking to grow the agency even more by continuing to attract new talent and further build on our position as one of the UK’s leading digital agencies".
