Since 1991 Groundwork Pennine Lancashire has been offering environmental support to communities and businesses throughout Lancashire. As a social enterprise and part of the national charity Groundwork, their aim is to create sustainable communities through initiatives which cut across economics, social issues and the environment.
To support businesses in keeping compliant with new and ever changing legislation, Groundwork Pennine Lancashire developed the Legislation Update Service – an online legal register that provides bespoke legislation updates. Originally called ELUS (environmental legislation update service) the product was rebranded after health and safety and HR legislation was added to the portfolio.
Built on the PHP CMS ,WordPress, the Legislation Update Service website uses HTML 5 and CSS3 to offer a responsive, cross platform website. With custom built WordPress widgets, the site offers the Groundwork team complete control over the content of their site.
A product tour and free trial signup ensures their customers can understand the legislation product before going on to buy online.
