Lancaster University is turning 50 this year and Fat Media are delighted to have been asked to work with them to help promote their upcoming Community Activities Day.
How We Are Helping to Promote the Day
Fat Media designed a brand concept and introduced a series of creative images to help promote the day. We also created a full marketing communications strategy; including everything from promo materials such as flyers, posters and outdoor banners to digital support, with bespoke 50th Birthday Facebook banners and email templates.
When Will the Community Activities Day Take Place?
The Community Activities Day takes place on Saturday 13th September from 11am – 5pm and there will be a host of fun, free and interactive activities for adults and children to enjoy across the whole University campus.
Professor Mark E. Smith Vice-Chancellor at Lancaster University said:
This milestone year gives us an opportunity not only to celebrate our world class credentials in teaching and research, but also to celebrate our community links closer to home. We have always been hugely proud of our roots in Lancaster and, through this event, hope to give you a deeper insight into just what goes on here at the University and how we are working to benefit our local community and beyond.
Fat Media Account Manager, Joanna Young said:
It’s been a real pleasure to work with the University on such an exciting project and we wish them the very best for a really successful event.
