Once again, we've had a memorable year with lots of exciting developments here, including bringing in many new team members to extend our various specialist departments and, of course, moving to our superb new premises.
We've picked up a couple of fantastic new awards along the way in 2012 – including the prestigious BIBA for Excellence in Customer Service - and have enjoyed being involved in some really exciting and innovative projects with you.
Friday 21 December is our last day in the office and then we'll be back, refreshed and ready to take on new challenges, on Wednesday, January 2. We look forward to working with you all again then.
