Fat Media are celebrating after being named in a national industry awards short-list.
The Digital Entrepreneur Awards 2014 are the UK's only national awards dedicated to internet entrepreneurialism.
We have been short-listed in our category, ‘Large Digital Business of the Year’ and the winners will be revealed at an exclusive awards event at The Palace Hotel, Manchester in October.
Organisers of this year’s event described how they have chosen the finalists:
"Our expert judges are looking to reward and work with the greatest minds in the UK's online industry, seeking out the hidden masters of the net, as well as high profile web leaders. The DEAs have been a springboard to success for many of the web's pioneers.”
Judges of the DEAs include high profile figures from across the UK; Peter Salmon, Director of England at BBC, Jaqueline Gold, CEO of Ann Summers and Tom Bloxham, Chairman of Urban Splash being just some of the nine on this year’s panel.
This latest recognition follows an exciting few months for Fat Media, after our acquisition by leading Cumbrian entrepreneur David Durnford and recent international award wins with clients Pure Leisure Group and The Daffodil Hotel & Spa.
