The Umbraco content management system (CMS) makes it very easy to add additional languages to your website.  We utilise the Jumoo Translation Manager plugin that adds an intuitive translation workflow into the CMS.  Once we have added your specified language sitemaps into the site, the entire translation process can be handled via the content management system.

A content editor can send any page or groups of pages for translation.  This creates a work request and allows you to either add your translated text manually or export a version of the page into a format for your nominated translation agency.  At Fat Media we have partnered with the very experienced translation agency, One Global, to assist with the translation needs of our clients.  One Global take the export of content from the CMS and add the translations into this file.  This is then imported seamlessly back into the Umbraco content management system where it can be previewed before publishing the content to the live website.
